Perhaps learning is a continuos phenomena which surronds one's life, especially in our profession. So, we should be receptive to new information throughout our professional careers

No one can deny that man learns throughout his/her life. What I tried to emphasise is that one should have a learning atitude through out his life. This may be among crucial factors for someones professional success. According to my observation some times sense of complacency and sometimes considering one much knowledgeabe may hinder one's acceptability for learning

In my view point this profession so called accountancy much of hard work is required instead of intelligence. Though i will not deny the fact that intelligence is needed but you have to greatly rely upon hardwork consistency and apptitute towards the profession in order to qualify

If I have to select among ability to work hard and intelligence, my first preference will be intelligence. However, no matter how blessed one is with intelligence importance of hard work can never be denied. Our profession like many others requires a mixture of both

But i have seen many of students with A + in intermediate and they cant show good result in CA profession. Also there are students with average passing marks in intermediate and graduation but due to their hard work and consistence studies they qualify

An A+ in intermediate never means that one is intelligent not hardworking. A student possessing any of qualitites may have shown good results in studies. Majority of students I know who had good academic records beofore didn't strugle much, however, about one or two exceptions I know. And I also know who did reasonablly well upto CA inter who qualified inter with C.
