your questions are vague. What do you mean by the proforma of real audit strategy.

The best advice for you is to read the ISA (International standards on Auditing).you can also check the ICAP's audit practice manual at the following link

im not i can provide you a copy since its an internal document.

at E&Y, its called ASM (audit strategy memorandum. We identify material account head and line items, material business processes and also consider the planned substantive procedures and deliverables.
