Dear,

If you have to stay at Pakistan (or you have to go to UAE) in the long run and you also want to get the best, then don't opt ACCA. There is no comparison at all, at least in Pakistan.

If you have a plan to move to Europe or Canada etc, you may go for ACCA although CA will also be helpful in Europe.

Now where you have to stay could only be a matter of your own judgment and is likely to be based upon the probabilities of various factors in your life.

Best of luck for whatever you do in your life.

Regards,

KAMRAN.

mml if u wish to go to UAE or Saudia Arabia / oman etc. then u should go for ACCA. if u wish to migrate to canada or any EU country then go for ACCA or CA of ICAEW or CA from any other body recognised outside of pakistan.

Ask ure friends y they r advising u to do ACCA? if u talk of a qualification with "demand world over" then go for ACCA or CA(ICAEW). note ACCA is not a degree, but u do have a choice to gain a BSc Hons degree in Applied Accounting in it.

Rabia let mml do ACA from ICAP and let him find later after becomming ICAP member that ICAP has no voice in the world and he wasted time, money an energies in doing ACA from ICAP.

mmI following your dreams and go for ICAP. ICAP is world number one institute in accountancy profession and ICAP is recognised all over globe.

You should go for ICAP as ICAP has more demand all over the world including USA where ICAP is fully recognised.

Best of luck in your ICAP studies.
