joining some accountancy programme

My name is sameera. I have just completed my FSc(pre medical) exams.I wanted to join some accountancy programme.But due to the fact that I do not Know a lot about this Profession so please help
me.Also tell me which programme will be good for me to get Initial
Information about this profession - BBA or B.com.Which is the best institution for this after LUMS in lahore.
