i wanted to know what is the criteria for a call of test from big4 for test and interview these firms emphasis on high marks in papers or wanted to see to pass all papers in first attempt or any thing else plz seniors answer this as im acca student

For interview call assessment criteria is basically good academic record be it first attempt or if you are an ACCA then good marks and time period it took you to pass all the exams.

First interview always firms ki recruitment k criteria per depend karta hai. Agar aap criteria met karty hain then aap ki qualification, past acedmic record, your skills ,interview matter karti hai.

You should have good communication, listening skills. A good temper and confidence bhi chahiey.
