hi dear can someone tell mea is it necessary to maintain the manually sale tax and sale tax purchases register, on the other i can get the sale tax summrry from my software,

just tell me is register must to maintain manuallay for sale tax record

No it is not necessary to maintain manually sales and purchase register .u can maintain computerized registers but it is compulsory to maintain register. if u have a computerized software and it generates summary reports than ask ur devloper to prepare ur require register

but this is my advise to prepare manually on monthly basis, it will help u a the time of audit.. u should have ur data on record for atlesat 6 years.

sarfraz agar tum is tarah logon ko advice karogay kay wo manual record rakhain to hum logon ka kia hoga jo compterised software sale kar kay mahinay ki dal roti ka karcha nikaltay hain

i m sorry .. i useD the word 'Manuall' . I mean app apnai sales and purchase register and whatever calculation u do, should record in hard copy as well as in soft copy.

bhai software ka zamana to gaya ab .har jaga ERP , SAP chal rahe hain.. to soft data hona to ache bat hai he..but u shd hv hard form, i mean print out for ur all record...

baqe Roze rote denai wala to Allah pak hai maire dost )
