company jo emplyees ko car de te hai , us ki insurance bhi kar wate hai ..EFU walai 16% FED charge kar rahe hain, kia ye bhi adjustable hai ?
ese tarah koi bhi fixed assets ki insurance p FED charge horaha hai wo sab adjustable hai? ya us asset ka dirct concern production se hona chaye? like laptops, computers, machinery etc

ham jo raw material import kartai hai us par jo EFU 16% FED (sales tax mode) charge karta hai wo to ham adjust kartai he hain..

YES v can adjust FED VAT Mode @ 16%.

Sec. 6 & 7 of Federal Excise Act 2005 clearly mentions that this adjustment would be made as per provisions of the Sales Tax Act, 1990.
Enforced through amendment in Table II of First Schedule to the Federal Excise Act, 2005, effective from 1st July, 2009.
