its not a topic its a question

In a state of depression/sadness how one can try to forget his worries tensions !

he wants to be happy but he is invulge in his tensions !

How one can entertain himself in this state or how can he try to be happie !!

Please Answer by considering that the one is you i want to know ur feelings about it ...

hmmm...... well hum depress ya tense tbhi ziada hotey hein k jub hum, apni tension ya depresion k jo express naa kar skey..... every person needs catharsis at such hard times....
so we should release our tension by telling to our dear ones.... if you cannot tell your dear ones... then try to write it down on a paper.... read it twice..... try to solve it.... and then write down the solution... and then discard the paper.... no sooner does you discard it, you will feel more better....

a stitch at time saves nine
dont let the time come when u feel frastrated/dishearted/depressed/sad etc

if u offer ur 5 times prayers every day + then do some <b>ziker</b> i mentioned in my topic of <b>Replies for the period....</b> under the heading frustration

then beleive me u can easily pass such time

or

act upon this

sakoon khamoshi main hay

kar-a-khair main hay
ager nahi tu
sohbaat-a-khair main

Dear tum kis say seekhti ho yeh baatain [D] apnay maslaay kaghaz per likh rahay hain phir solution dhoond rahay hain [p]

@ Topic.

Jab main bohat preshan hota hun tu masjid ka rukh karta hun bohat sakoon milta hay. Wesay tu her roz paanch waqt jana chaiyay jo main nahi jata. Lakin bohat preshani k dino main koshish karta hun janay ki, As jab insaan per musibat parti hay tu Woh khuda ko yaad karta hay.

in same context, I like to know your views Dear. Thora sa topic ko extend kia jai, tu yaar esaa bohat hota hay k her kaam main rukawat ati hay [D] main jis cheeze ya kaam ko karnay lagta hun tu woh smoothly or asaani say nahi hota, Hota tab hay jab bohat sara khoon khushk ho jai, frustration ho jai. even routine life main bhi yeh experience hota, kabhi kabhar esa lagta hay k sab kuch planned or staged hay.

well mein khud awwal to tension nhi leti... aggar le lu to 2 nafal perh k jub rotey huey duaa mangu to bht extreme per sakun miltaa hai or dua mangney k foran baad he tensionrelease ho jati hai....

uper wali post jo mein ne RAZA 123 k liey btai... wh is liey k yeh ek book mein me ne ek Psychiatrist k tension release formula likhaa hua tha whaa se btaya... yeh bhi effective formula hai kafi had tak... is ka advantage yeh hotaa hai k insaan likhtey likhtey tension bhul jaata hai and jub likh letaa hai to us ko lgtaa hai k jis tension ko wh bht bara smjh rahaa tha wh to bht choti si hai....

the only thing that can drag u out of the state of depression/tentions/ worries is ur PRAYERS!!

so wen u r in such a state.. reduce the distance between ur forehead and the ground and ask ALLAH the Almighty to ease the pain for u, to help u and to guide u through all the matters.

ALLAH is the only one to be relied upon. and HE is the only one with the power to change the things for us.
