For Individuals who have passed CA inter (A-D) the minimum stipend prescribed by ICAP is Rs.3000. Some good firms in Pakistan pay a bit more from the mini. stipend. However it defends on firm policy.

A master degree in English or Journalism is required for becoming Newscaster or Reporter along with a good voice and personality.
