E Filing of Taxs

Can anyone tell me how can we get benefit of E-Filing of CBR. and what kind of taxes (E-filing) we can do with CBR this facility???

at present only limited liability companies are required to file their sales tax/ federal excise invoice through efiling.

for income tax return it is optional for corporate/non corporate person to file returns electronically
