just send ur CV along with cover letter to HR dept. of various companies. they will call u as soon as their internship program starts.

big companies like unilever, p&g, pso, abbott, etc; ve very well defined n timely exercized internship programs as well as management trainee programs.

these companies call only short-listed ppl for taking test. then comes interviews, n then some other steps, n finally the internship is offered.
