hello every one,
i hav heared that in coming 1 year , there will b some major changes in company ordinance. but i am not sure abt that( that what will be the changes)
if any of u know about / or hear abt it, then plz share your knowledge about that.

SECP has set up a Company Law Review Committe, whose task was to suggest either amend the existing company ordinance 1984 or devise an new law. the CLRC has suggested to hire consultants for drafting a new law for covering the changing scenario in business, taxation and reporting.
