CONFUSION; Problem of Most of Us.

Dear Seniors,
I observed that a lot of students including me, are suffering with Confusion.

Most of them have ability to perform efficiently but due to the fact i.e they are confused. They failed to disclose their abilities and competencies.

Please suggest, some steps by following which all the students (Suffering from this Disease) can be able, to get rid of this disease.
