Late Payment of S. Tax & FED

We deposited the cheque S. Tax & FED payment in the National Bank at 12-Feb-2010. However it was cleared on 16-Feb-2010 & latter is the date shown on the CPR.
I wish to know whether the payment after one day of due date attract any penalty of S. Tax & FED. If yes, please inform the calculation & method of payment.
