Hi

I'm an ACCA student working with a CA firms. Lately I've discovered that my oral communication skills are very weak & it is hindering my performance during reviews, explanation of work done to the managers & partners. It gives a looking of inefficiency, although I'm not & the work is usually done good enough. Its just the presentation orally.

Can anyone help, any tips etc.

Yes off course, its very easy, before going to review, prepare a list of questions about each account head, presentation and disclosures that might be asked to you and gather enough response for each type of question. Further, prepare analytical of each head and find reasoning of changes. It will support you reply an unexpected questions.
