Can anybody help me for identifying the Important Topics of Paper F7 Financial Reporting of ACCA?

Well, you should not try to spot out topics because the examiner is completely unpredictable. Cover everything but in my opinion, focus a lot on consolidation. A 25 marked question comes on it every attempt; its the pattern. So, if you have really mastered consolidation, there is a great chance that you will score 100 percent in that. Thus, out of the remaining 3 questions, even if u score a total of 25, u will have passed F7.

Can I get a help about paper F9 from you? What should be my style of preparation.

Well, I prepared for F9 by thoroughly reading my BPP book and then doing the BPP kit side by side. I have a habit of highlighting the important stuff so when the revision era came, I simply revised all of my book through the notes i had made and the highlighted areas. Then i bought the kaplan kit and tried to practice from that for all those areas which confused me. I start revising at least a month before the exams.
