Dear Asad,

Although, final decision is to be taken by your friend.

However, let me tell you that doing CA requires much efforts and doing ACCA requires much resources, which your friend may not afford, as you said, he has had finance problems.

In this situation, i would suggest him to do MCom, or MBA from a good university in sales/Marketing, as it would fit with his current job.

After completion, he will have good opportunities, since he would be an MBA-Marketing forthwith experience within the same.

Let me know if you need some alternative suggestions.

Asad, with full time job CA it is going to be very difficult. I think there is only one way for your friend that is take one or two subjects of a module per attempt (but keep you mind he must complete any Module in Maximum 6 attempts)

Dears Thanks 4 reply, I already suggest him MBA Marketing, or secondly I want to tell u his basic salary is 20,000 except bonus and commission on target archive. Wo jo kuch khata hai wo ker k dekhata hai, two years phaly oss ny CA karny k liye B.com mai admission lia but his uncle force him to do BCS from Virtual University. now he is free to chose its feature. I think CA is perfect for him( A module in 2 attempts). Dear give me a favor ose CA mai BCS base pr admission laina chaye ya F.sc base pr Because Auditing Taxation this is new subjects for him. Bachelor k baad CA(Module E and F only clear krna) or F.sc k baad CA ( Module A to F clear krna) mai koi difference to nahi salary vise in feature

Asad, whether the admission is taken on graduation basis or intermediate basis, he has to pass all modules(A to F).Graduation degree doesn't make any difference.
But as you have told that he has 2nd division in BCS, he should get admission on inter basis if he has 1st division in it.Exemption to PPT(entrance test) is available only on 1st division.

If his marks are 60% or more intermediate then he should apply on the basis of Intermediate because he will get exemption from PPT. He may also get exemption from Functional English if he meets criteria given at http//www.icap.org.pk/web/links/41/forqualitystudents.php

If he applies on basis of Graduation then he will not get PPT exemption as he does not have 1st division in BCS.
