Annual Income Tax return Tab not showing up

I am filing a return on e.fbr.gov.pk. After login the declaration tab shows up, which takes eventually to annual income tax return tab through a drop down. But this is not showing this time around either due to traffic or some internal problem.
I would appreciate help regardingly, how to sort this problem out.
