does it necessary for a multiple job person to submit tax return statement by the end of fiscal year as for as employees whom whole income is salary income dont need to do that as per finance act 2008 section 115 ammendment.Their tax deduction statement by employer will be taken as tax return under the section 114.
if it is to be submitted then how the tax rate will be calculated for example the person earns 3,10,000 form one job and 3,20,000 from another job per annum then should he pay in bracket of .75% on each job already deducted by his seprate employers or he will club these two salaries together and will pay in the bracket of 6,30,000 i.e 4.5 %.
