sections of firms

every firms make sections of its clients i want to know on what basis clients are divided in section and does it means that section A has big and better client and last section ,let say sec d, has MEAGER AND SMALL clients ESPECIALLY IN BIG 3 FIRMS OF KARACHI or all sections are equall plz guide>>thanks
