Spot the cynic.

I agree, why should the 14 of Feb be any different to the rest of the year? Unless your an arsehole you probably do soppy romantic things for your girlfriend often enough (i'd suggest stand out gestures every 1-2 months, and mini ones every few days). So it's kind of a last chance day for jerks to make it up to their long suffering girlfriends.
