Hi Noman,
first about accounting...forget about ur accouting teacher and buy "Business Accounting" vol 1 and 2 by Frank Wood...compare it with ur syllabus...u ll find about everything there...the book is in itself a very good teacher...thatz how I studied accounting in Mod B...even some questions have taken from that book in ICAP's exams with slight alteration...

For Law, Shukla's book is best as I think...Don't go for learning everything...just read one topic 2-3 times...but some topics needs really great ratta...
