Mr.Raza, it looks like you have been in this profession longer than anyone else in this forum therefore, you would know better that in this profession there is no time for family or social life. Once u get in the only way out is either by qualifying or by quitting both of which take considerable amount of time. I personally feel that emotional needs should not be a factor.
As far as the madam in London is concerned, You have reached a city which many have tried reaching but failed. Dont waste this oppurtunity. Utilise it. No matter if it takes some time.
