I won't advise you to go for a Chartered Accountant firm because you have to do Internship for just 6 weeks and it's not the right place to go. They will just mess you up, person needs courage to join a firm. There are lot of multinational companies you can opt for your internship, like PSO, AKD, Unilever(the best) and the one which is really under going huge progress that is British Petroleum and many other. These companies will give you a real good exposure in Finance. ANd if you are only interested in going to the options you gave, Banks would be the best out of all. Union Bank, Standard Chartered, Citibank or ABN Amro.
I hope you end up with a good place for your internship.
