I've seen seniors they became seniors afer 2 years.
his article's from 94 to 98 might mean its the duration he was registered and unregistered time is not included. He could be from a firm that gives you registration after ruining your one attempt (normally AFF and FRRM) so if he was senior for 2 and a half years, that takes it closer to the 15 job marks, but still its worth investigating if the person isnt freaking lying.

what firm he actually was from? my guess he's from yousuf adil.
