I think one reason is also the way business is conducted here. Very roughly and hardly no ethics, no social responsibilities, our business culture is based on exploitation, corruption; its actually a 'jugaroo' culture. But I think still that our education system is good enough that it can produce good businessmen (even in this environment) but there is a tendancy of safe play among the educated ones, so they think that if you are getting a good take home salary for 9 to 5 work why 'matha phoree'???
