sales tax is not leviable in fata, pata. however if you make supplies from tarriff area to non-tarrif (fata, pata) area you will charge sales tax and if supplies are made from non-tarrif area to tarrif area again you will charges sales tax, but if supplies are made within non tarrif area then there is no sales tax.
