Pre Entry Proficiency Test (PPT)
Pre-entry Proficiency Test is mandatory for all entrants opting for various routes of entry for acquiring CA qualification except those who are exempt from PPT.

Exemption for PPT
HSC candidates with minimum Grade B (60% marks);
A level candidates with minimum two passes in Grade C;
Graduates with 1st Division (or equivalent grades) from recognized Universities;
Post graduates with minimum 2nd Division (or equivalent grades) from recognized Universities payment of prescribed fee.
Such candidates will be required to obtain necessary exemptions from Directorate of Examinations at ICAP on prescribed form and on payment of prescribed fee.



Eligibility for PPT
Minimum 45% marks in HSC
Minimum two passes in A Levels
Graduates with 2nd Division or less
Post Graduates with less than 2nd Division
