did u attend the seminar held on the Code of Corporate Governance in ICAP, that was attended by cream of our industry, Mr. Yousuf Shirazi (Chairman Atlas Honda) said "Now SECP will tell us that how should we do our business, and who should be CFO of our company, etc. etc. In our eyes our simple Inter Pass Chief Accountant is much better than the CFO mentioned in COCG as we are satisfied with his work"
so there were so many pros and cons discussed in that Seminar,
but you can guess the outcome of that discussion, (All in vain) so it is a better idea which you have mentioned, but SECP is Godfather nowadays it will not take into consideration any ideas or comments which may go against it <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
