Why not our own businesses

I dont think fear of corruption and commission culture is what that keeps the younger and educated generation off running a business. As many of my educated friends are doing business, but know, what's uncommon b/w me and them, their fathers were already doing their set-up business, so no bothering setting up a darn business in this darn environment and because they knew the 'rules of the game', they knew who to give how much and when. one thing more, majority of my friends' fathers started their business from scratch.
