dear...
1-its not so easy to pass module A to D in one year...
2-you can do mba and ca together....there is no restriction...
3-but if you couldn't get marks of 60% in B.com......it will be quite difficult to complete CA in one year.....it takes people on average 3 years to complete module A to D....so don't get ur hopes so high..
