You may decide either the actuarial or accountancy profession after your HSC. Actuarial may take longer but once qualified you'll never become unemployed and it may be easier to secure a good job in cities such as NY or London. Accountancy may take a short (on a relative basis) time but I see this profession to be very saturated, specially in Pakistan.. If you can get a CA contract from a leading accountancy firm in Pakistan.. that wouldn't be a bad choice either.

In short, both are okey professions and if you are good you will get a good job!
