The problem is that Pakistani CA firms arent required to publish their financial results, so it is virtually impossible to ascertain the true size of this industry. My guess is somewhere in between 500-700 million rupee mark minimum for the each of the top firms from their accounting and audit segments, while not considering the consultancy revenues. Firms in the second tier like MYASCO would be making somewhere around 300-450 million and smaller firms even lesser than that, and remember that there are quite a few. So the total market size could be close to somewhere around the 10-12 billion rupee mark.
