1. <b>Tell me if a couple get marry and they are unable to get kids. Will this means that they are incomplete and they will remain incomplete.</b> Yes ofcourse they will remain incomplete untill they are not blessed by our Creator. Incomplete doesnt mean that you are Godforbid handicape or something. Its just that you miss out a very important relation in your life.

<b>2. 2ndly please tell me this with reference that in Islam man is allowed to marry other woman if he is unable to get kids from the woman because its new to me.</b> i will definitely get some references for you. Let me get little bit free from my office works. But I am sure that this is One of the reasons to have 2nd wife. It is that man is allowed to marry 2nd wife in case his first wife is unable to concieve. It is up to the husband if he doesnt want kids and stick to his first wife but if he needs kids for his Waarasat, then he has the right. Otherwise what do you think that how come a muslim man is allowed to have maximum four wives? There should be some solid reason behind remarrying. Otherwise Just for fun sake you cannot remarry.
