i also know many trainees at FRSH and MYASCO at karachi who are inferior to me both in terms of qualification and experience but they are working for big4s specially girls both FRSH and MYASCO claims that they are equal opportunity employer but actually they are not the prefer gals, i dont know why

can u people give me any appropriate or valid reason for large amount of females induction both at FRSH and MYASCo at karachi
