No, they don't grant exemptions to B.Com graduates.

As far as 'four different percentages for exemption' are concerned; there is some sort of technical problem with ICAP's website for the time being, as soon as the problem gets fixed, I'll have a look at it and will let you know, what does it say.

BTW the exemptions for quality students are to be granted in (three) individual papers and to those students who have secured more than a set percentage.
