<br />Yes ACCA is a member of CCAB.
Now for ICAEW, if you are a CIMA or ACCA, you can be an
ACA of ICAEW without the study. the detail is gien below.

http//www.icaew.com/index.cfm/route/125720/icaew_ga/en/Home/Join_us/Join_as_a_CCAB_member/Follow_pathways_to_the_ACA

My question is that, is there any route like this available for ACCA

Now your question is clear , ACCA is having the MRA with CGA and AICPA , but I have no information that they have with others.

If I am not wrong, for ICAEW they provide exemptions upto 9 papers only.
