ACCA is better than BSc Accounts & Finance as ACCA is a complete professional qualification in whereas BSc is only a graduation degree. Other than that ACCA has established somewhat of a reasonable market in Pakistan whereas a simple BSc in Accounts & Finance would not hold that much value in the market.

Comparing between ACCA & BSc Accounts & Finance; ACCA is an obviously better option & I think ACCA would cost you less too, if you are considering BSc from LUMS or MAJU etc!
