Students who have completed their Intermediate need to do CAT before registering as an ACCA student.
On the other hand those who have passes in any 2 A-level subjects can directly register as an ACCA student. It is also necessary to have minimum C's in English Language and Mathematics in the O-levels in order to avail this route. In other words CAT is exempt for those who have passes in 2 A-level subjects IF they have minimum C's(70%) in English Language and Mathematics in O-levels.
I hope this helps.
