Dear unseendemon,

For me point(vi) is much disappointing,it seems ICAP is drowning itself.Indirectly,it will increase the number of students which in results increase in CA's which effects the market demand of CA's.

Quoting Asad Ali Shah's communication

4)increasing the number of students passing our exams or in other words, enhancing the number of our members

Unquote

All the decisions taken in this communication are reffering to increase in ICAP member except few.Which just increase the revenue of ICAP from its members. We should always consider demand and supply function and if supply is more than demand, then you better know what happens.

I think senior members should comment on this communication.

Kind Regards,

Faizan
