I dont know why ICAEW sent this email to you but I am sitting my Professional Level exams for Audit and Tax in Pakistan at the British Council Lahore in December 2009.
Since I am an ICAEW registered Trainee when I login at their wesbite with my account and click apply for exams online the following details appear.

When I select the Professional Stage and Click Next the following list of available papers come (Since I am CIMA so I have been exempted all other exams except Audit and Tax so only these two papers are left attemptable)
