Hi

<BLOCKQUOTE id=quote><font size=1 face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial" id=quote>quote<hr height=1 noshade id=quote> but i do know that the ICAP was negotiating with the HEC to recognizee the CA qualification as equal to PHD, but it hasn't been accepted so far<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial" size=2 id=quote>

then our ICAP friends will be amongst the list of Hajis, doctors and generals. They will be called Dr. Guybrush (hope my friend guybrush will excuse me taking liberty)

Hope ICAP will then attempt military status to call as Lt. General X.

but good thing is that many icap members must have been already calling themselves as Haji X.

Pakistan will be the only and first nation in the globe. Good for the country image as well.

<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Tahoma, Arial" size=2 id=quote>

what on earth...?
dont take it so personally yaar! why dont you ask your professional body, whichever it is, to consider appealing for PHD level recognition to the HEC too?
ICAP entered negotiations only because they thought there was some weightage to the claim, keeping in view the professional competence, excellence and knowledge of qualified memebers of ICAP. why else would they consider it?
and whats the infatuation with haj and the military...?
