I think, Gestures and Postures both help to great extent in Judging some one. But Again People dont use to be very cadual in first meeting, Jesaay Wardah nay bhi yehi kaha hay k Khulnaay main time lagta hay, Lol. Social Engg is also good technique to explore some one. talking also helps to great extent, As the more person talks more he reflects his mentality.
