Persons holding B.Com. degree with 1st Division are exempt from PPT.

Post-Graduates are exempt from PPT which HEC should accept it as a post-Graduate degree but he is only accepting it as a 3 year degree.

Upper Second Class degree classification means 60%-69% marks.

I think in B.Com. First Division is awarded when 60% marks are achieved.

On the basis of it students holding B.Sc. Hons. of OBU with 2.1 should be exempted from PPT?
