Bilal, I think you did ask these kinda question about couple of months ago under the 'career' thread. I don't know whether you've been to that thread since then .. If not, then I would advise you to go over the relavent posts and then ask the 'specific' questions..

Or if you have been to that thread, then please be specific when you ask a question.

I think by going this way, it would not only help you asking more specific questions but certainly would help others to target your query at the appropriate level..
