bhaijan... gratuity exempt hai Income tax ordinance 2001(2 schedule) kay under...approved gratuities 100% exempt hain aur unaproved rs 75000 ya 50% gratuity whichever is lower.... lakin kabhi board bhi gratuity exempt ker sakta hai upto 200000.....
