am not an expert on tax issues but something which I discussed earlier with some friends.

Agar tax year abhi end nahee hua to employer ko adjust kar lena chahiye (I have watched it being done practically)

Agar tax year end ho gaya hai to phir employee refund claim karega (employer can help by providing deposit certificates but I guess, nothing else)
