I absolutely second the above poster's advice to complete CAT first. A part from providing the basic knowledge it will be a gud assessment for yourself as to how well you do in CAT. You can judge whether accounting is for you or not and what are your weak areas which you need to strengthen in ACCA papers. As ACCA is getting tougher and tougher (in my opinion and experience) one should always complete CAT first(if coming through that route). There is no need to rush.
