i think once u have management accounting qualification, there's no point in repeating the same. secondly icma's qualification is inferior to cima's and if ur that interested in gaining icma certification on basis of cima, all this is required is taking up 3-4 papers and u beomce cma- pakistan. cima itself has its virtue, for eg u will become aca from icaew after 5 years of membership of cima, so i think u should go for certifications such as cia or cisa. but the most important thing is one hosuld gain further qualification on watever one's practical exposure is i.e. it depends on watever area of finance ur working in, u should enhance ur exposure whereever it would add value to ur practical worth. so i think u, urself should be the best judge of it. as far as mba from central punjab is concerned, firstly there can never be any comparison to mba from iba/ lums with that of central punjab and secondly yes its true they ask to submit thesis on the basis of icma but they will charge full fee of all courses!
