As per HEC rules only qualified chartered accountant is given equivalence to M.Com (16 years of education). For that too he should have atleast taken 5 years to qualify after FA/FSc etc.
How ever you may convert your CA fianalist qualification into that of accademic through cetein universities in Pakistan offering such programmes. E.g University of Central Punjab offers MBA programme for Module E qualifieds.
